I have multiple issues while creating stories for FormAction. Do anyone has any idea about it?

hey, can you share your findings?

I found this official doc: [Interactive Learning](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/core/interactive-learning/#section-interactive-learning-forms) but it does not contain any examples.
