**environment:** rasa-sdk = 2.8.5 rasa == 2.8.17 **question:** Consider a scenario where rasa asks a user a question, but the user doesn’t answer it or take other actions. I hope rasa can ask the last question again in a minute, or ask the user whether to continue the topic. How can this be achieved? Thank you very much! ---

Hello @starmissw There is another way you can achieve this by creating a follow-up custom action which always triggers after all the rasa actions or customising rasa action\_listen. In the follow-up action, you can use the DateTime module of Python to trigger questions again after a set interval of time.
