# Handing off to a Human

hi i have need implement Handing off to a Human , some opinion or someone I implement it and how.

You could create a custom action that sends an email to the person who should take over the matter. You can collect contact information from the user via the conversation and send the info with the email. Or if you have a content management system then your function can add data to the CMS database instead of sending email, and the relevant person will see it in their account.
