Hello, is there a way to create custom responses for FAQ intents based on an external file (like a config)? My problem is with the naming convention of the faq responses, like utter\_faq/intent. How can I define these in the custom actions?

Thanks!

Have you tried setting up an [NLG server](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/nlg/).
