# Failed to use channel connectors - Rasa docker

Hello forum,

I am using the [Installation Guide](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa-x/installation-and-setup/install/docker-compose/#docker-compose-manual-install) with Rasa X 0.39.3 and Rasa 2.6.0. Since I started using Rasa (2.2.10), I tried to implement a channel connector and it has always failed. I want to implement rest or socketio

First, here is my credentials.yml :

In “_x-rasa-services_”, I added the parameter “_–credentials_” but nothing happen.

Here is a image of the available routes in the container rasa-production\_1 :

When i execute _rasa run --cors “\*”_ inside the container _rasa-x\_1_, i can see the usage of credentials.yml:

In both cases, when i want to call a route, from localhost or outside, the result is always an error 404.

Any idea what’s wrong? I’ll update this post with any complementary informations I have.
