# Entity Extraction Failure

Hello,

I trained my model using the data that you can see here in my repo: [tLabruna/rasaMultiWOZ (github.com)](https://github.com/tLabruna/rasaMultiWOZ)

I then tested the model and obtained very bad results. I report below the confusion matrix of the TEDPolicy results:

Can anybody help me understand what went wrong?
