I want to install `rasa-core` and `rasa-nlu`. These packages require some packages be preinstalled. For example, if you don’t have `tensorflow`, then the installation fails with the following error message

```auto
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow~=1.10 (from rasa_core) (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for tensorflow~=1.10 (from rasa_core)
```

Where can I find a list of dependencies for `for these packages on the RASA site?
