# Custom Tracker to save conversation history into Firebase Firestore

Sorry, for the delay. You can set the max history for the conversations to be tracked. Let’s say the conversation history is 30min then it will save conversations upto 30min only. And deletes the conversations beyond that time.

The trackers won’t take much time to load because they are going to be implemented using any database. And tracker will query only that particular user’s conversations at that time the user talks with the bot.
