Hello, I think it would be a great idea for a growing open source, to have a community Rasa discord, even maybe managed by a member of rasa himself, and selecting “veterans” and “helpers” and something along the lines to help newcomers, and clear doubts in a very fast way, you can also create a FAQ, in that way the community keeps growing and developers can share and discuss stuff. It’s similar to what fastai, a python machine learning library has done, and it has been very successful, you can take a look over there to see how it works.

It would help greatly overcome the “initial knowledge barrier” that Rasa has.

Currently this is the discord that I could find, but it isn’t featured by Rasa or managed by someone in it.

Have a nice day!
