It seems that there might be an interesting connection between Rasa and the vision for a collective intelligence platform outlined by Q8 AI research. This project aims to democratize AI access and development, fostering a global collective of knowledge through the wisdom of crowds and the responsible use of technology.

Rasa’s flexibility and customization options appear to align with the requirements for a mobile-responsive blog interface with conversational AI capabilities in Phase 1 of the project. How might Rasa be used to support the development of a collective intelligence platform that leverages AI models, blockchain technology, and SMS interfaces to create a decentralized and inclusive ecosystem?
