Rasa does not handle speech-to-text at the moment. We’ve got some demos integrating with [Amazon Alexa](https://blog.rasa.com/connect-your-rasa-ai-assistant-to-amazon-alexa/) but I don’t recall a demo with a voice note in facebook messenger.
