# Can Rasa choose from multiple utterance options?

Hi.

Just wondering if in the templates the bot can choose one of a number of utterances? For example with utter\_greet has text “Hey! How are you?” Can it also have text “Good morning! how are you?” And choose from one of those two utterances?

templates: utter\_greet:

- text: “Hey! How are you?”

yes, you can give multiple text for a utterance or action Rasa choose randomly one of multiple given texts
