Hi All, Is there any naming convention for entity names

It is preferable to use ascii characters for entity names.

ner_crf train is failing with non English entity names.

chinese charcters some thing like “名称” is not working

Yes, for entity names only ascii encoding (more or less English) is supported. However you can train your bot on other languages .
