Hi, i was wondering what is the best strategy to make an authentication inside the conversation in a Bot. Some people have sugested a FormAction, and using a bool slot “is_authenticated” to check if the conversation can continue or not, but i don’t know how to have the bot make this check. I have managed to create the FormAction and set the slot to True when the user is authenticated, but how can i make the bot check this information and decide to continue the conversation? Also, i don’t know why my Bot does not continue the conversation after i end the form. Where should i begin to investigate?

What solved the issue with the assistant not continuing the conversation was changing the slot type from bool to text. But i am still looking for a way to make the bot check if the user is authenticated or not to move on with the conversation. Thanks for the reply!
