# Bot die when input is not a intent

Hi everyone i have some issue with my bot when user chat some thing like: ‘asd;fkjhdsa;kfjhsadpkfhsaoifsa’

Bot die and this is my action server log:

How can i fix that

You need a [fallback action](https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/core/fallback-actions/). For example, in the config.yml:

```
policies:
...
  - name: "FallbackPolicy"
    nlu_threshold: 0.4
    core_threshold: 0.3
    fallback_action_name: "action_default_fallback"

```

Add action\_default\_fallback to your list of actions in the domain.yml file and overwrite it in actions.py:

```
class ActionDefaultFallback(Action):
	def name(self):
		return 'action_default_fallback'
		
	def run(self, dispatcher, tracker, domain):
		dispatcher.utter_message("What?")
		return [UserUtteranceReverted()]
```
