I’ve used AI in our business, especially for chat and sorting data, similar to what you’re looking at with Rasa. What’s cool about Rasa is you can change it to work just right with Salesforce and Zendesk. It’s been great at making our customer service better because it can chat with customers in a way that helps.

They recommended specific tools like Dialogflow for creating conversational agents and a simple drag-and-drop interface from Zapier for automating tasks between our apps. This mix, surprisingly, streamlined our workflow and made our chatbots much smarter. They even introduced us to a random but incredibly effective tool, Trello, for organizing our AI project tasks, which surprisingly boosted our team’s efficiency.
