# Action end error

Hi

getting the below error please advise

rasa\_core.actions.action - Failed to run custom action ‘action\_check\_positions’. Couldn’t connect to the server at ‘[http://3a64e461.ngrok.io:5055/webhook](http://3a64e461.ngrok.io:5055/webhook)’. Is the server running? Error: HTTPConnectionPool(host=‘[3a64e461.ngrok.io](http://3a64e461.ngrok.io)’, port=5055): Max retries exceeded with url: /webhook (Caused by NewConnectionError(’\<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x000002AD2F799AC8\>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond’,)) 2019-12-19 16:09:31 ERROR rasa\_core.processor - Encountered an exception while running action ‘action\_check\_positions’. Bot will continue, but the actions events are lost. Make sure to fix the exception in your custom code.

Can you check your endpoints.yml and did you run your actions server in the same port that you mentioned in the endpoint.
